Mr Carroll failed to answer bail at King's Lynn Police Station

A £9.7m National Lottery winner has appeared in court accused of motoring offences and breaching bail.
Michael Carroll, 21, from Swaffham, Norfolk, is charged with riding a motorbike while disqualified and driving without insurance.
At King's Lynn Magistrates' Court he denied the road charges but admitted breaching police bail in May.
He said he went to his lawyer's instead of the police. He was fined £200. Mr Carroll must go back to court in July.
Neil Meachem, defending, said Carroll had gone to King's Lynn Police Station the following day for a video identification parade.
Carroll was also given seven days to pay outstanding court fines of £1,750 imposed in April.
