Michael Carroll won nearly £10m on the lottery

A man arrested after police officers discovered "firearm-related items" in a house in Norfolk is reported to be lottery jackpot winner Michael Carroll.
Norfolk Police issued a statement on Sunday which said the 21-year-old man was arrested at a house in Downham Market on Saturday.
The man has subsequently been bailed pending further inquiries.
Carroll won his National Lottery jackpot of nearly £10m in November 2002.
