A man who won a £9.7m National Lottery jackpot has been charged with possession of drugs and receiving stolen goods.
Michael Carroll, of Swaffham, Norfolk, was released on bail pending his appearance before magistrates in Swaffham on Tuesday, said a Norfolk Police spokeswoman.
Mr Carroll, who won his lottery prize in November 2002, was charged with a series
of offences on Thursday after being arrested and released on police bail in December,
she added.
He is accused of possessing cannabis, cocaine and magic mushrooms.
Mr Carroll is also charged with receiving stolen goods.
