Liam Costello suffered severe head injuries

Thieves have stolen football kit from a car while its driver paid his respects to the family of a Liverpool boy who died in a walking accident.
Liam Costello, who was 11, played for the Woolton Warriors U12s team. He was killed when he fell from a ridge on Mount Snowdon on Friday.
A Woolton FC committee member left his car, with some kits in it, in a pub car park while he visited the family.
When he returned thieves had broken in and taken the football kits.
A number of local companies have offered to replace the stolen property.
Those offers are now being considered by the club.
Liam had been a member of the club for many years.
Woolton FC officials expressed their "great sadness" at the death of the "talented footballer and a charming young man".
