T5 workers to vote on pay offer
Workers building the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow airport are to vote on a new offer aimed at ending a long-running row over bonus pay.

The workers have staged a series of strikes, inlcuding a three-day stoppage last week, as part of a campaign for a £1 an hour increase.

Union officials are recommending acceptance of the new offer, which would increase hourly bonus pay by 80p.

The result of the ballot will be announced on Wednesday.
