A homeless charity in Lincs which had feared losing vital funding has been awarded a £5,000 council grant.
Centrepoint Outreach in Boston provides services to vulnerable and homeless people, including clothes washing facilities and food distribution.
It had asked Boston Borough Council for a £7,000 grant but civic chiefs warned they did not have as much money to give to groups as in previous years.
But councillors agreed on Wednesday to hand over £5,000 instead.
