Plans to erect two wind turbines at Croft near Skegness are to be discussed by protestors at a public meeting on Friday.
East Lindsey District Council has deferred the decision on the matter because it wants to look into the whole issue of wind farms.
A public inquiry is also due to be held into proposals for 20 turbines at nearby Orby.
The meeting to let people discuss the plans is at Orby Village Hall.
Loud meetings
Colin Davey, who organised the meeting, explained why he wanted to hold it in the first place.
He said: "I think there is a strength of feeling across the district about the whole windfarm issue.
"This has grown out of the lack of consultation with the public, the lack of public meetings, the lack of public information.
"We thought the meeting could be good so people can explore the wider issues of windfarms."
Mark Caudwell, who is behind the Orby plans, explained he was invited to the meeting but from his experience it was not worth going.
