Two die in Bank Holiday crashes
Two people have died in road accidents in Lincolnshire at the start of the Bank Holiday weekend.

A man from Lincoln died after his van collided head on with a lorry at Lusby near Spilsby on Saturday.

The 41-year-old lorry driver from East Keale and his 10-year-old passenger are being treated for minor injuries and shock.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident.

In a second incident, a 20-year-old pedestrian, Shane Dobson, was killed at Ruskington near Sleaford after being struck by a car.

Officers are again appealing for witnesses.

Both accidents happened during the early hours of Saturday morning.
