A new £3m library and community centre has opened in Leicestershire.
The facility in Braunstone has been developed as part of a multi-million pound regeneration scheme for the area.
The Braunstone Reading, Information, Technology and Entertainment Centre has 10,000 books and will provide access to support sessions and career advice.
Naomi Henderson, a 10-year-old schoolgirl who won a competition to name the centre, opened the doors to the Brite centre on Monday morning.
The community centre is part of a long-term regeneration scheme in Braunstone that also includes more than 90 other projects.
The facility has been developed by Braunstone Community Association.
