Reward offer over cat shootings
A pet lover from Leicestershire is offering a £500 reward for information after her three cats were shot.

Christine Woollaston's cats - Ishtar, Hectate and Amun-Ra - have been hit by air pellets, and one needed major surgery.

Ms Woollaston, from Hinckley, said she does not know who would want to harm her animals.

She said: "I don't know if it is someone who has a dislike of cats but there is no excuse for this."

The first attack, on Ishtar, was last October and Hectate was shot in the leg three weeks later.

The third cat, Amun-Ra, was left with severe internal injuries after being hit last month.
