The traders are compared to TV's Delboy

Trading Standards Officers say people in Leicestershire are being targeted by "Delboy-style traders" trying to cash in on Christmas.
It follows a number of significant seizures of counterfeit goods in the county.
Three weeks ago counterfeit items valued at £500,000 were seized at a cash and carry warehouse in Leicester.
They included a large amount of fake designer clothes and perfumes.
Also discovered was a haul of fake Louis Vuitton handbags. The authentic handbags normally sell for between £200 and £250.
Trading Standards Officers say the goods are often sold on Sunday Markets and in pubs and clubs around the county.
Some traders also operate on local high streets.
