Vast areas were under water in the summer

Gloucestershire has allocated £1,007,900 from the government's flood recovery grant to services supporting flood-hit children and young people.
Included are £182,000 for services in Tewkesbury, £10,000 for Cotswold services, £83,555 for Gloucester and £10,000 for Cheltenham services.
Some £10,000 has been given for respite care for families with children with disabilities affected by the flooding.
Schools, children's centres and youth services have also been given funding.
