The borough council expects to save £10,000 a year in bills

Solar-powered ticket machines have been installed in Cheltenham's car parks as part of a renewable energy drive.
The pay-and-display meters are expected to reduce the council's electricity bills by £10,000 a year.
Many of the town's municipal buildings have been powered by renewable sources since October 2004.
Sustainability manager Carol Rabbette said: "Encouraging renewable energy is a key strand of Cheltenham's climate change strategy."
The council's cabinet will be considering a county-wide action plan on 27 September.
Cabinet leader Councillor Andrew McKinlay said: "By 2010, Gloucestershire should be providing enough renewable electricity to supply a town the size of Cheltenham.
