Teenager served with behaviour order
Gloucestershire Police have welcomed a court order preventing a teenage boy from visiting a Cheltenham estate.

The 15-year-old schoolboy has been served with an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo).

It means he can be stopped from walking around St. Paul's in Cheltenham - apart from going to and from his home.

He is also not allowed to visit Pittville and Elmfield Parks.

The teenager was found by Cheltenham magistrates to have behaved anti-socially, causing harassment, alarm, or distress to other people.

Police in Cheltenham say the move sends out a clear message that nuisance neighbours will not be tolerated.
