Drivers caught on camera face fines of about £60

The image of "white van man" as an aggressive and dangerous driver has been reinforced by a recent speed trap near Plymouth.
In one hour on the A38 on the outskirts of Plymouth, some 35 drivers were caught speeding.
Of those, 33 were in vans - 95% of the total - and some of them were driving at almost 100mph.
Road safety campaigners say the results reinforce the popular image of "white van man" as an aggressive driver.
An education programme is now being planned for van drivers and their employers by the Devon and Cornwall Safety Camera Partnership.
Those caught speeding will be notified by post, fined an average of £60, and have their licence endorsed with three penalty points.
Bans are possible for those driving at the highest speeds.
