Funding will mean a domestic violence project can keep running

A 24-hour domestic violence helpline set up over Christmas to advise victims in Derbyshire is to be kept open.
The Amber Valley service is being funded by the county council and offers support to victims.
Domestic violence increases over the holiday period, but advisers say there is year-round demand for help.
Jackie Gray, domestic violence co-ordinator for East Derbyshire, said: "We have been trying to put this in place for quite a while."
She added: "People are happier using a local number and speaking to local people. It makes them feel a little bit safer."
Council funding means the scheme will run until the end of the year.
