Pupils at a Derbyshire school badly damaged after a water tank overflowed may have to wait until next week before they can return to their desks.
Da Vinci Community College in Breadsall Hilltop was closed on Monday after water poured through all four floors.
The damage is extensive and there are still problems with several ceilings.
Some older students were allowed back on Tuesday. But associate headteacher Rob Martlew said a major clear up is needed before the rest can follow.
It is the third school in the county to close in a week in unrelated dramas.
Mill Hill School in Ripley was shut amid concerns thieves had released asbestos during a break-in. And dozens of children were treated in hospital after a technician spilt solid iodine at Belper School.
