Boy detained for breach of Asbo
A 15-year-old boy has received a custodial sentence for breaching an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo).

Jason Caudwell was found guilty of breaking the conditions of the Asbo 10 days after it was imposed.

Caudwell from Lawrence Avenue in Mansfield Woodhouse in Nottinghamshire, was arrested in June after he was caught driving a car in the town.

He received a four-month detention and training order, including two months in a young offenders' institution.

The order had banned him from driving any unauthorised vehicle.

He was also found guilty of committing assault and actual bodily harm last year - just days after he signed a contract to change his behaviour.

Caudwell was part of a gang which allegedly made life a misery for people in the Lawrence Avenue area.
