Fans queue for Cliff
The perennially popular Sir Cliff Richard
Sir Cliff has an extremely loyal following
Fans of Sir Cliff Richard are preparing to camp outside Chatsworth House to get a place at his concert this summer.

Tickets for the performance, at the Derbyshire stately home on 16 July, are available from 0900 GMT on Sunday.

Organisers are urging fans to use the telephone booking line but will allow fans who want to buy tickets in person to queue from 1700 GMT on Saturday.

Some die-hard fans have said they are prepared to cut short their Valentine's date to get closer to Sir Cliff.

Julie Hensley, from Clifton in Derbyshire, said: "We have got to go out with our husbands to keep them happy.

"I don't know why but they don't want to queue with us. I just don't understand it!

"But while they are tucked up in bed we will be queuing at Chatsworth and with camping stoves and flasks to keep us warm."
