Millions of pounds is being spent on doubling the production at one of Cornwall's oldest creameries.
Rodda's hopes the expansion will create around ten new jobs.
The plan, which is known as Project Cream Tea, will be the largest investment programme in the company's 115 year history.
Some of the money for the expansion has come from the Objective One programme. The company hopes it will allow them to develop new products and new markets.
It will also provide much needed help for the Cornish dairy industry.
Rodda's uses milk collected from local farms, milking around 4,000 cows.
