The county produces 440,000 tonnes of waste each year

Test drilling has been carried out by a council at a site to establish whether it is suitable for a multi million pound waste incinerator.
But Cornwall County Council said although it was investigating a number of sites, no decision will be made about the waste strategy until January.
The drilling has taken place in a field near St Dennis in clay country.
Residents claim the council should be looking at other waste options and more recycling should be encouraged.
Hundreds of people are expected at a meeting in St Denis on Wednesday to discuss ways to oppose incineration.
The county produces 440,000 tonnes of waste each year and landfill space is running out.
