Part-X: Living life to the max
Cornish extreme sports dog Part-X will be trying out his most radical surf moves this weekend in preparation for his biggest challenge yet.

The Jack Russell terrier, who lives in Cornwall, has tried his paw at cliff-jumping, abseiling and sea kayaking. He even has his own custom-made life jacket.

Now the daredevil dog is preparing for a tandem sky dive with his owner.

He is to feature, with owner JP Eatock, in the TV show Dogs With Jobs to be screened by the National Geographic Channel on Wednesday.

Part-X first developed his taste for extreme sports five years ago when he jumped on his owner's surf board as he headed into the sea.

Mr Eatock said: "Whenever we go near moving water Part-X gets really, really excited.

"He even tries to woof and bite the wave as we surf."

The pet will be trying out his moves at the Newquay Surf Festival this weekend.
