New city curbs on bad behaviour
Police in Peterborough are using new powers to stamp out anti-social behaviour by children under 16.

Dispersal orders will be used in areas of the city identified as hotspots for anti-social behaviour.

The order, beginning in May, is intended to stop young people from gathering in large groups and causing a nuisance to other people.

The areas targeted include Ledbury Road, the parade on Lawson Avenue and the Werrington and Herlington centres.
