The authorities in Switzerland are investigating a number of recent cases of assisted suicide, including that of a British couple who died last month.
Reginald and Jennifer Stokes, of Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire both suffered chronic ill health.
Mr Stokes, 59, suffered from epilepsy and his 53-year-old wife from diabetes and back problems
Neither of them was thought to be terminally ill.
The organisation Dignitas is said to have helped them and another Briton, Reginald Crewe who had motor neurone disease, to die.
Mr Crewe, 74, was the first Briton to publicly travel to Switzerland to kill himself with the help of the group.
Now the public prosecutor's office in Zurich looking into the activities of Dignitas.
