Expenditure will go on new accommodation, converting standard villas to executive suites, and upgrading pools and restaurants.
In addition, Center Parcs will put up £12m for projects yet to be finalised.
The sites are at: Longleat, Wilts; Oasis Whinfell, Lake District; Sherwood, Notts and Elveden, Suffolk.
Center Parcs sold its four UK sites in November 2002 in a sale-and-leaseback arrangement with Sun Capital.
