Tony Martin believes he is needed at his farm

The legal team representing Norfolk farmer Tony Martin is seeking leave for judicial review.
If his legal team team succeeds at the High Court on Monday, Martin, 54, could be released as soon as Friday.
The team is challenging a parole board decision not to grant him early release
Martin is serving five years in Suffolk's Highpoint Prison for the manslaughter of 16-year-old Fred Barras from Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Despite receiving death threats, Martin has said he wants to return to his home at Emneth Hungate, near Wisbech.
He is due to be released in July after serving half of a five-year sentence.
An original murder conviction was overturned on appeal.
