Joint force to tackle nuisance neighbours
The police will work with housing officers and a solicitor

A new unit dedicated to tackling housing estate crime and anti-social behaviour has been opened in Barnsley.
It is made up of police officers, housing officials and a specialist solicitor.
Chief Inspector Stuart Milner said families which caused problems for the police also did so for the council.
"By having police and council staff in the same building we can talk to each other about a joint response," he said.
Barnsley Council's chief executive Phil Coppard said: "This is really central to the whole initiative we are taking to bring anti-social behaviour and nuisance neighbours under control."
