Dangerous railway track closed
Train
Buses will replace trains between Doncaster and Selby
A section of railway track near Selby has been closed after it was found to be in a dangerous condition.

Engineers were carrying out a routine check at Templehurst Junction when the problem was discovered.

While the repairs are carried out, passengers travelling on Arriva Trains from Doncaster to Selby will have to take buses.

Hull Trains services from London to Hull have been diverted via Goole.

The line is due to re-open on Saturday night.
