Man accused of hoax calls
Soldiers fight a fire
The calls were made to the fire service
A 20-year-old man is due to appear in court following a series of alleged hoax calls to the fire service.

The county's Joint Operations Communications Centre received three alleged hoax calls within 50 minutes on Saturday.

Each were made from different phone boxes in Stafford reporting fire emergencies including an accident involving three vehicles.

Detectives later questioned a man and a file was sent to the Crown Prosecution Service.

A man is expected to appear before Stafford magistrates on Tuesday.
