Boy dies after play centre party
Bezerk Indoor Activity Centre
The boy was playing at an activity centre
A 10-year-old boy has died suddenly after a party at a play centre in Northampton.

The boy was found lying near a bouncy castle at the Bezerk Indoor Activity Centre in Moulton Park at about 1730 BST on Saturday.

He was not breathing so was taken to Northampton General Hospital.

The boy, from the west of Northamptonshire, died later in hospital.

Staff condolences

Police say there are no suspicious circumstances, but are appealing for more information.

The Bezerk Activity Centre has now issued a statement saying the boy was taken ill while playing.

It stressed the youngster was not involved in an accident.

He was treated by a doctor at the centre until he was taken to hospital.
