Ecstasy was found along with other class A drugs
Police in West Yorkshire have seized drugs worth more than £1 million in a series of dawn raids.

The haul includes cocaine, amphetamines and ecstasy.

The raids took place in the early hours of Wednesday morning in the Bramley and Pudsey areas.

Two men have been arrested and are being questioned by drugs squad officers.

In the first raid, in Bramley, police seized ecstasy and amphetamines with a street value of £35,000.

A police spokeswoman said: "Further premises within Bramley and Pudsey were also searched.

"This resulted in the recovery of further drugs including cocaine, amphetamines and what is believed to be ecstasy.

"These have an estimated street value in excess of £1 million.

"The drugs seized from one address have been forensically tested and the premises has been linked to the manufacture of controlled drugs."

The arrested men are aged 31 and 36 and come from Shipley and Leeds.
