Plugging the skills gap 'still a problem'

There are four million jobs unfilled across Europe according to Barbara Beck, Manpower's president of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Despite the downturn there are still sectors badly affected by a skills gap, and other sectors, including engineering and healthcare that are growing.
