UK recovery likely to be 'a weak one'

Sir Howard Davies is the former deputy governor of the Bank of England.

He told the BBC's Lucy Hockings that if there is a recovery, it is likely to be a weak one. This would be a result of tax increases and public expenditure cuts, as well as households and businesses cutting debt.
