Mandelson on Royal Mail sell-off

The government says it backs a recommendation that the Royal Mail should be part-privatised in an effort to secure its future.

Business Secretary Lord Mandelson told the House of Lords that the move would bring 'fresh investment' and opportunities for international growth.
