Last month's aborted strike by British Airways (BA) cabin crew has hit the airline's traffic figures.
Revenue generated per passenger kilometre, a key measure of airline business, was down 2.8% in January with premium traffic worst affected.
BA cancelled 1,300 flights from Heathrow and Gatwick ahead of the planned strike.
Although the airline ultimately put on a full service once a deal was agreed, many services were far from full.
The airline has already said the row is likely to cost it £80m.
"This month's statistics were significantly impacted by the threat of industrial action," the airline said.
